NBP can not cancel the order of service pack unless an end user opts for the cancellation of it.. The order request needs to be communicated to the Partner Manager of CCTPL.

After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation mail and the 100 % of the product amount will be credited back to your wallet. NBP needs to pay the 100% product amount back to the user.

The refund shall reflect within 72 hours of confirmation of cancellation of the order by CCTPL.

The user needs to return the service pack plan along with original invoice to NBP.
